A Commitment to Excellence
All great ideas are fueled by passion. Kelly Halligan has taken her passion for culinary excellence and developed Get Caked, a sweet and stylish traditional, vegan, and gluten free bakery famous for its English/American baking and delicious offerings. Passed down through her family, these recipes have been modified by Kelly to give those with food sensitivities delightful alternatives. Kelly and her partner Andy understand and bring insight into dealing with food allergies; they both suffer from Celiac Disease as well as lactose intolerance, among other sensitivities. With their understanding and passion for excellence, Kelly and Andy produce great tasting and unbelievable traditional, vegan, and/or gluten free baked goods. Their creations definitely have a homemade taste!
Kelly catered from her inspected kitchen at home for 4 years and attended Monroe Community College for Culinary Arts. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, various arts and crafts, and spending time with her partner, Andy, and their puppy Argos.
